“Reyut” is a Hebrew word meaning friendship. Reyut volunteers are available to members of the congregation in times of stress and emergency, by visiting the sick and shut-in, helping at time of bereavement, calling the home-bound, shopping and running errands in times of crisis and providing transportation to Shabbat services and Temple events. Reyut, sponsored by Sisterhood, also furnishes the Congregation's Library with books and articles about death and grieving.
