Traditional Shabbat Services
Combined with beautiful musical accompaniment these services provide a spiritually moving and contemplative atmosphere for welcoming Shabbat. You are most welcome to join us for Shabbat services held on Friday nights at 7:00 p.m.

Family Shabbat Services
Our Religious School students join Rabbi Matt on the Bimah to lead these special Shabbat Services. These September – June services are held on the second Friday of each month at 7:00 p.m. and are geared toward families with school-age children. Also, join us before these services at 6:00 p.m. for our monthly potluck Shabbat dinner. To make a dinner reservation, please contact Kathy at 518-374-8173 or klaws@cgoh.org.

Tot Shabbat Services
Families with nursery through second-grade children are encouraged to attend a warm and loving sanctuary service clustered on the Bimah. These services are held on the first Friday of each month at 6:00 p.m., followed by a kid-friendly dinner at 6:00 p.m. To RSVP for the Tot Shabbat dinner, please contact Kathy at 518-374-8173 or klaws@cgoh.org.

Katan Shabbat*
This service is designed for children in grades K through 2nd grade. It’s held the second Friday of each month during the Family Shabbat Service at 7:00 p.m. in one of our Religious School classrooms. This service lasts for thirty minutes and it’s a great transition between Tot Shabbat Services and Family Shabbat Services. We begin to follow the Siddur, sing, have story time, and playtime.
