Sukkot/Torah Window Symbolism

The dual theme of this window is "Sukkot - The Feast of Tabernacles/Simchat Torah - Day of Rejoicing in the Torah." We see the frail booth which sheltered our people during forty years of wandering the wilderness, and the palm branch, myrtle, and willow, with the Torah scrolls and banners carried in joyous procession in the synagogue.
